The GRYC conducts a wide variety of regattas and events in both summer and winter, catering for trailable yachts, riverboats, catamarans and dinghies, including a large fleet of Flying Fifteen's. Competitors from other clubs are welcome.Race types include point-to-point, out-and-return and around-the-buoys races. The Club also has an active cruising calendar which takes advantage of the many picturesque and sheltered waterways and anchorages in the area. The Club's flotilla cruises each year to various Lower Murray and Coorong locations give skippers who are new to the area the opportunity to safely gain local knowledge by sailing in company with "old hands". Visiting boats are most welcome to join in.
